While running a successful green building certification business, I naturally developed an addiction to coffee. Not just any coffee will do nowadays. As the addiction grows, so do my expectations! Underwhelmed with the options for decent coffee and pastries in Palm Beach County, I’m excited to bring something new to the table, or in this case, the parking lot.

Since about 14 years old, I’ve been creating and operating small businesses, all with an environmental bent, constantly dragging my friends and family members in to help. It creates all sorts of drama, but who could be better to work with than the people you trust and love?
I’m hoping this coffee trailer will be able to replicate the vibe of a calm, vibrant coffee shop where ideas are formed and friendships are made. The feeling that the right space creates can change everything for the patrons. My goal is to make our customers feel at home, and energize their creativity, no matter where we set up shop!
Myself and my team at Mobile Solar Consulting are currently building out this trailer. While it will be powered by only renewable energy, we are powered by coffee - drinking about 5 cups a day to test out all the different machines and beans.
